All sales from Carocuero Ltd are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Please note - Carocuero Ltd’s leather products are hand made, not mass produced, there are natural flaws and variations between same products which lend to their unique quality.

Goods may be returned for a free of charge replacement subject to the ‘The Sale of Goods Act (1979)’. If the buyer and Carocuero Ltd agree to a return for refund, the refund will not include P&P paid by the buyer. All returns require the buyer to obtain a ‘Return Goods’ (RG) number from the seller, by email, in advance of return.

It is the intention of the Carocuero Ltd to have satisfied customers. Any reasonable complaint will be addressed with that result in mind.
